The NTT Regional Police said the viral video showing a two-year-old boy locked up in a house with his feet and hands tied up was not a case of kidnapping a child in the province. The act carried out by his mother was known to his neighbors so that when his mother went to the garden, residents who saw it immediately reported it to the village officials so that the door to the house was broken down and found the boy lying down. The police have summoned the adopted mother of the boy to ask for information regarding the actions committed. “ TTS Police have asked for information.
