JAKARTA - Public Prosecutor Sugeng Hariadi admitted that he was in a juridical dilemma when dealing with the accused of premeditated murder Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat, Richard totaling or Bharada E.

"That this condition caused a juridical dilemma because on the one hand, the defendant Richard totaling was categorized as a witness or perpetrator who worked together," said Prosecutor Sugeng Hariadi at the South Jakarta District Court (PN), Jakarta, Monday, January 30, as reported by Antara.
