JAKARTA - Sugeng Guruh, the driver of the Audi A8 car who ran over a Cianjur student, Selvi Amelia Nuraeni, to death, was finally named a suspect. He was found guilty based on the results of the case title.

In fact, investigators also published the status of the People's Wanted List (DPO) for the Audi A8 driver. Because, he was not cooperative regarding the handling of the case. "After that, the DPO was also issued. Yes, it has not been secured," said Tompo.

In this case, Sugeng was charged with Article 310 and Article 312 of the Road Traffic and Transportation Law (LLAJ).

Previously, Sugeng had said that the car he was driving did not run over Selvi. However, other vehicles. As a result, before the incident occurred, his position was at the very back of the convoy.
