JAKARTA - The public prosecutor (JPU) has sentenced the defendant Agus Nurpatra to 3 years in prison. He is considered legally proven and convincingly obstructing the investigation or obstruction of justice of the death of Yosua alias Brigadier J. "Demanding that the panel of judges impose a prison sentence of 3 years," said the prosecutor at the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Friday, January 27. The defendant Agus Nurpatra is considered to have obstructed the investigation because he ordered Irfan Widyanto to take and replace the CCTV DVR at the Regional Police Complex Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.
