A Mahasistipulator To The Death On The Bandung-Cianjur Line Use A Black Audi Car, Infiltration Of A Group Of Polri

The National Police Headquarters has confirmed that the perpetrator of the students of the Faculty of Law, Suryakancana University (FH Element) on Jalan Raya Bandung-Cianjur is not a group of the National Police.

"I said that the car was not a series of police guards. So the car infiltrated the escort and then hit a student and died," explained Karopenmas of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, at the National Police Headquarters, Wednesday, January 25.

The car that hit the student was a black Audi sedan. The vehicle infiltrated a group of vehicles escorted by police personnel.

"So if someone says the perpetrator of the crash is an escort group, sorry, that's wrong," he said.

The National Police needs to provide this information to the public to straighten out information that mentions the perpetrators of the crossing are part of a police convoy.

"So it's not a member, nor is it the member's car and the one carrying the car (Audi) is not part of the convoy. We are not denying, I straighten out the information that the car was not a group of guards," said Ramadhan.

A traffic accident that occurred on Jalan Raya Bandung-Cianjur on Friday (20/1) killed a student of FH Law at Suryakancana University (Unsur) Cianjur, West Java on behalf of Selvi Amelia Nuraeni. The perpetrator then fled.

This incident went viral in the community. The police are said to have covered up the incident because the accident occurred when a convoy of escorts passed at the scene.

Ramadhan said the West Java Regional Police were still hunting for the owner of the luxury sedan that hit the student.

"Currently being traced, the West Java Police are still coordinating with the Polda Metro Jaya to find out who the owner of the vehicle is," he also said.

Reflecting on this incident, the National Police appealed to the road users not to use or enter the patwal group to take advantage of traffic conditions to avoid congestion.

This action, said Ramadan, in addition to endangering intruders in the group as well as other motorists.

In addition, vehicles caught in the group can be subject to sanctions if they are not caught as part of a group of patwal motorcades.

For example, when the patwal group passed by running a red light because of police discretion, motorcade intruders, if caught, could be sanctioned running a red light. Or when the group passes on the shoulder of the road, which is not a group, will be sanctioned," said Ramadhan.

From CCTV, it can be seen that the sedan type car has just entered the convoy at the Gentur Lampu Monument Roundabout-By Pass, Cianjur. Meanwhile, from CCTV in the Ciloto-Puncak area, the initial group of police cars only numbered 7 vehicles and no one used sedan type vehicles.
