JABAR - The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) confirmed that 496 houses inhabited by 558 families (kk) in two sub-districts in Cianjur Regency were relocated to a number of places.

Spokesperson for the Cianjur Earthquake Disaster Management, Budhi Rahayu Toyib, said the hundreds of residences were located in seven villages in Cianjur District and Cugenang District.

"For villages that must definitely be relocated in Cugenang District, Cibulakan Village, Benjot, Sarampad, Mangunkerta, Cijedil, and Gasol Village because many buildings are categorized as prone to landslides, so they must be relocated," he said in Cianjur, West Java, Wednesday, January 25, confiscated by Antara.

The Cianjur Regency Government will soon conduct socialization to residents in 496 houses that will be relocated. from the village of origin.

He said that the entire registered building must be relocated based on data from BNPB according to the re-data collection carried out, the number of people is not appropriate because in one house there are two to three families.

"They will be relocated to three points in Sirnagih Village, Cilaku District, which has been built as many as 200 units and in Murnisari Village, Mande District, 151 units have been built, for lack of land in Batulawang Village, Cipanas District," he said.

Budhi said the Cianjur Regent Herman Suherman had been in contact with the land owner of PT MPM who would provide land for the construction of a relocation house for victims of the Cianjur earthquake of around 2.5 hectares, to build more than 300 houses.

"The relocation location in Batulawang will be consulted first with BMKG whether it is feasible or not, then after receiving potential recipients, prospective locations from sub-districts and villages, immediately disseminate the decision of the official report or statements of citizen readiness for relocation," he said.

The socialization will be carried out in a marathon in one day divided into three locations, where residents will be given a statement format receiving relocation in the hope that in one day it can be completed and then the regent's decree (SK) will be processed.
