Central Jakarta Metro Police has named the perpetrator of the robbery that killed a man in the Yarsi area, Cempaka Putih as the person wanted, on the wanted list (DPO). Central Jakarta Police have also distributed posters of 6 people related to the case.

"We have published (DPO) since two days ago. There are a total of 8 perpetrators, two of whom have been arrested," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin when contacted, Thursday, January 19.

Kombes Komarudin said the identities of the 6 perpetrators who are still at large have been identified. The police will take firm and measured action against the perpetrators if they do not surrender immediately.

"Yes, it has been identified, the 6 people have been identified. We give a strong warning to them to immediately surrender," he said.

The perpetrators of the robbery are indicated to be members of a crime group.

"They are included in one group. The victim's motorbike has been sold by the perpetrators for Rp. 6.4 million, of which these two people (the perpetrators were caught) for Rp. 500 thousand," he said.

"In the meantime, we are still exploring the roles of the two actors. What is clear is that they have a total of 8 people. The information is that the category is a new (group), not a group that we have identified as a robber. This is a new category that has emerged," he said.
