JAKARTA - The Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) regrets the demand for 12 years in prison Richard totaling alias Bharada E in the alleged murder case of Yosua alias Brigadier J. "Because we hope that we have determined (recommend) Richard as JC and he has shown his commitment and consistency in revealing this crime openly," said LPSK Deputy Chairman Susilaningtias to reporters, Wednesday, January 18. Thus, Susi assessed that the demands made by the prosecutor against Bharada E did not respect the recommendations from LPSK. Bharada E is considered proven to have participated in a series of premeditated murder incidents against Yosua alias Brigadier J. Thus, he was charged with imprisonment for 12 years.
