Prosecutors Call Ferdy Sambo Susun The Murder Plan Brigadier J With Full Peace

JAKARTA - Ferdy Sambo was considered in a calm and conscious condition when planning the premeditated murder of Yosua alias Brigadier J. The plan was submitted to Richard totaling alias Bharada E.

The prosecutor conveyed the calm of the former Head of the Propam Division at the National Police Headquarters when reading the indictment file for Ferdy Sambo as a defendant in the alleged premeditated murder case.

Initially, the prosecutor said that Ferdy Sambo called Ricky Rizal on the third floor of Saguling's house, South Jakarta, on July 8, 2022. He said that his wife Putri Candrawahti had been harassed by Brigadier J. while in Magelang.

Then, Ferdy Sambo asked Ricky to shoot Brigadier J. However, the request was rejected on the grounds that he was not mentally strong.

Then, Ferdy Sambo also ordered Ricky to call Bharada E. The same questions and observations he made.

"When he met, the defendant Ferdy Sambo asked about the incident in Magelang. What the witness answered was Richard Taking care of 'I don't know sir'," said the prosecutor.

At this moment, the prosecutor assessed that Ferdy Sambo calmly conveyed the scenario for Brigadier J's murder.

"Then the defendant Ferdy Sambo thought calmly, conveyed his plan to witness Richard totaling, who first told the Magelang incident," he said.

"Then Ferdy Sambo's brother consciously and calmly conveyed his intent or intention to witness Richard mediate, with the words 'Can you shoot Yosua?', he answered 'Ready, commander'," continued the prosecutor.

Meanwhile, in this case, Ferdy Sambo was charged with planning the murder of Brigadier J. Planning was carried out on the third floor of Saguling's house, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

The shooting of Brigadier J was carried out in the living room of the official residence of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.

The reason behind the shooting planning was because of the story about the harassment by Brigadier J against his wife, Putri Candrawathi.

With the series of events and roles behind it, Ferdy Sambo was charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1). Thus, the maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
