JAKARTA - Drugs as a common enemy have a camouflage of forms to disguise circulation. Drugs in food, one of which is in the form of a dodol, have been revealed. Although the findings this time are not the first time, it is revealed that the circulation of liquid-shaped drugs needs to be watched out for.

Polda Metro Jaya recently revealed the circulation of methamphetamine-type drugs in liquid form, in a house on Jalan Melati No.19 RT 012/RW 04, North Meruya, Kembangan, West Jakarta.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko said that on Saturday, January 14, his party had arrested a narcotics abuser. From the arrest, it developed into the disclosure of a drug trafficking syndicate in the form of liquid.

"Starting from the arrest of MR as the perpetrator of narcotics abuse," said Trunoyudo Wisnu as quoted by Antara, Sunday, January 15.

In developing the case, the police arrested Rafi at his electronic cigarette production house in the Kembangan area, West Jakarta and secured a number of evidences on Saturday afternoon.

The evidence of the liquid drug is thought to have come from Iran, China and Hong Kong which are ready to be circulated.

"The first evidence is that there are two packages containing one bottle of 30 ml each suspected of being liquid methamphetamine in e-cigarettes," he continued.

Furthermore, the house also secured evidence in the form of vape liquid containing drugs packaged in a number of bottles consisting of 363 bottles of 50ml packaged, allegedly containing isopylbenzylamine and 41 bottles of 30ml packaged, allegedly containing methylendioximetamphetamine (MDMA Pinaca).

Trunoyudo added that his party also found that coffee-flavor alcohol was suspected to be a camouflage for drug trafficking mixed into drinks.

"We also found a green bucket containing MDMA yellow powder, 90 percent of the coffee flavored alcohol that has been mixed," he added.

Thus, Trunoyudo appealed to the public to be aware of drug trafficking whose distribution process is online.

His party as a law enforcer will take firm action against narcotics dealers and users to break the chain of drug trafficking.

"We urge you to be careful when buying the contents of the vape in liquid form because it may contain narcotics, whatever the like," he said.
