Waiting For The Prosecutor's Determination To Ferdy Sambo Cs At Premeditated Murder Brigadier J

The five defendants in the alleged murder case of Yosua alias Brigadier J have gone through the evidentiary process at the trial stage. Now they are just waiting for the public prosecutor (JPU) to read out the charges on all charges against them.

The defendants were Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Richard totaling alias Bharada E, Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR, and Strong Ma'ruf.

Based on the Case Investigation Information System (SIPP) of the South Jakarta District Court (PN), the defendants will undergo a trial reading the charges next week.

The defendant who first listened to the prosecutor's demands was Ricky Rizal and Strong Ma'ruf. This is because their trial was held on Monday, January 16.

"The trial of the defendants RR and KM will be held next Monday," said Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto to VOI, Saturday, January 14.

In this case, Ricky Rizal and Strong Ma'ruf were jointly charged with participating in the murder of Yosua alias Brigadier J.

They are said to have not prevented and informed the police of the murder of Brigadier J at Ferdy Sambo's official residence at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.

Then, the next defendant who will hear the prosecutor's demands is Ferdy Sambo. The trial for the former Head of the Propam Police Division was held on Tuesday, January 17th. "For the defendant FS trial on Tuesday with the agenda of reading the demands," he said.

In this case, Ferdy Sambo was charged with having a big role. He planned the murder of Brigadier J on the third floor of his private house on Jalan Saguling, Duren Tiga, on July 8.

At that time, Ferdy Sambo had asked Ricky Rizal to protect him and shoot when there was a resistance from Brigadier J. However, the request was rejected on the grounds that he was not mentally ready.

Thus, Ferdy Sambo ordered Ricky Rizal to summon Bharada E. Ferdy Sambo asked the same question. Unlike Ricky Rizal, at that time Bharada E agreed to the order from Ferdy Sambo.

Meanwhile, based on Ferdy Sambo's confession, the trigger for planning the murder was due to emotion hearing the news that Brigadier J had raped his wife, Putri Candrawathi.

Furthermore, the defendants who will listen to the prosecutor's demands are Bharada E and Putri Candrawathi. Their trial will be held on Wednesday 18 January.

In this case, Putri Candrawathi's role is not much different from that of Ricky Rizal and Strong Ma'ruf. He did not prevent and inform the police of the murder of Brigadier J.

As for Bharada E, it is said that he shot Brigadier J. In his confession, he shot the senior three to four times using a GUARD-17 firearm.

With the roles of each defendant, they are suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of (1) and are threatened with a maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
