The Ministry Of PPPA Highlights Prosperous Patterns In The Case Of Child Abcultation In Mount Sahari Jakarta And Makassar

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) said inappropriate parenting patterns and economic problems were the trigger for child kidnapping.

"Children are usually easy, they don't have various thoughts, if there are good people who invite them, they will. Look at the CCTV in Makassar, they are offered to come to the house, clean the house and they will be given money. He wants it. The child likes ready-to-eat food, (the perpetrator invites) let's go looking for it," he said.

For the case in Makassar, the perpetrator of AD's children often witnessed violence at home so that he wanted to make his parents happy, but in the wrong way. This is suspected to have triggered AD to be tempted by advertisements on body organs buying and selling sites.

"The child witnessed violence at his home, he was inspired by how to make parents angry because their economic needs were not fulfilled. He wanted to make his parents happy but in the wrong way," said Nahar.

Previously, MA (6) was kidnapped from his father's kiosk in Gunung Sahari Village, Central Jakarta, by the perpetrator named Iwan Sumarno alias feasibility alias Herman alias Yudi on December 7, 2022 and was only found on January 2, 2023 night in the Cipadu Market area, Tangerang Kota.

The Supreme Court was rescued by the police from the hands of the perpetrators while in the cart used by the perpetrators.

Another case is a kidnapping case accompanied by premeditated murder of an 11-year-old boy in Makassar.

The victim MFS (11) was kidnapped with the lure mode of Rp50,000 in the yard of a mini market in Makassar City, on January 8, 2023. After that, the victim never returned and was found dead under the Nipa-Nipa Moncongloe Regulatory Pond bridge, Maros Regency.

The AD perpetrator (17) admitted that he was tempted by the lure of money on a body organ buying and selling site on the internet, then invited his friend, F (19) to participate in planning the kidnapping of the victim to take one of the victim's organs.
