Dozens of online motorcycle taxi drivers (Ojol) attacked a Transjakarta bus driver in the Kramat Jati area, East Jakarta. The incident was caught on an amateur camera from one of the passengers' cellphones.

This attack allegedly had a misunderstanding between a Transjakarta driver and an ojol driver.

As a result of the commotion, Transjakarta bus passengers shouted hysterically out of fear. From the amateur video footage, it appears that ojol drivers enter the Transjakarta bus and insult bus drivers. The incident occurred precisely on Jalan Raya Bogor, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.

In a statement on social media, the ojol driver had committed acts of violence until there was a scream of frightened passengers.

According to residents' statement, Ridho, he regretted the incident. According to Ridho, whatever the problem is, it should be resolved properly.

"It should be good because there are many passengers, mothers and children, if it's rude, it makes passengers afraid. They say they don't accept being hit (the motorbike). The incident has gone viral on Instagram since last night," he told reporters, Friday, January 13.

As is known, the incident began when a Transjakarta 7b bus was about to pull over to the left side of the road and had already given a sign by turning on the sign. However, one of the ojol drivers on the left side of the bus thought that the Transjakarta bus driver deliberately wanted to hit it.

The ojol driver had stopped in front of the bus by saying inappropriate words. Not only that, the ojol driver who left the location apparently returned to chase the Transjakarta bus with his partner.

For this action, residents hope that it will be resolved properly without violence.

"Both parties first discussed it properly so that there would be no misunderstandings that led to violence," he said.
