PANGKALAN BUN - A prisoner of the Class IIB Correctional Institution (Lapas) Pangkalan Bun, West Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan, named Ruslan (30) who had fled on December 4, 2022, was transferred to the Class IIA Karanganyar Prison Nusakambangan, Central Java. Ruslan was arrested by a joint team on Sunday, January 8 in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan, because he was caught stealing at a shopping center in a local city.
