JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cempaka Putih Police arrested a young woman named Niawati (26) who had the heart to dispose of her baby's body in a trash can, in front of the house of a resident of the Cempaka Putih Barat area, Cempaka Putih District, Central Jakarta.
