Aman revealed that when the team arrived, the perpetrators tried to escape while trying to hide sharp weapons at a kiosk around the Ciplak Market to trick the officers.
"When we arrived they had tried to escape, we secured four people," said Aman.
Aman said the 10 teenagers who were arrested were legally still children. The teenagers were secured with evidence of two sharp weapons and a number of motorcycles they were driving.
Furthermore, Aman said that of the four teenagers, his party also secured two barbars that had been modified into swords, and a sickle.
Currently 14 teenagers from two different groups along with evidence of sharp weapons have been handed over to the Jatinegara Police for further investigation.
"We brought it to be followed up by the Jatinegara Police," said Aman.
