To The Judge, Ferdy Sambo Finally Claimed To Give Order Richard Shooting Brigadier J

JAKARTA - Defendant Ferdy Sambo finally admitted to ordering Bharada Richard totaling to shoot Yosua alias Brigadier J.

The confession was made when Ferdy Sambo was questioned as a defendant in the alleged murder case of Brigadier J at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, January 10.

Initially, Chief Judge Wahyu Iman Santoso described a series of events based on the statements of witnesses and other defendants. Especially, about the planning that took place at Saguling's house, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

"Richard agreed to meet the defendant, can you explain what you conveyed to the defendant Richard total?" asked Judge Wahyu.

Ferdy Sambo also said that during the meeting with Bharada E, he had questioned the incident in Magelang. It's just that, at that time it was said that he did not know about it.

"After Richard Yaik went up, I conveyed the same thing to Richard. As an aide, do you know what happened in Magelang. He also replied that he did not know His Majesty," said Ferdy Sambo.

"At that time I was still emotional and angry, why couldn't they take care because their duties had often accompanied the leadership, but this actually happened to my wife," he continued.

Until finally, Ferdy Sambo asked Bharada E to protect him because he would confirm directly to Brigadier J. In fact, the former Head of the Propam Division questioned his ability to shoot if there was a fight.

"In the end, I told Richard, Richard are you ready to back up for me when I confirm with Yosua, if he (Brigadier J) fights, are you ready to shoot or not? Then Richard answered I was ready, sir. Then I ordered him to come down," said Ferdy Sambo.

In the indictment, Ferdy Sambo is said to have planned the murder of Brigadier J while on the third floor of Saguling's house, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

At that time, he asked Ricky Rizal to shoot. However, the request was rejected. So, Ferdy Sambo turned to Bharada Richarad totaling. The request to shoot was agreed.

The shooting of Brigadier J was carried out in the living room of the official residence of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.

The reason behind the shooting planning was because of the story about the harassment by Brigadier J against his wife, Putri Candrawathi.

With the series of events and roles behind it, Ferdy Sambo was charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1). Thus, the maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
