JAKARTA - The panel of judges decided to read out the charges against Ricky Rizal in the alleged murder case of Brigadier J next week. He is said to have not prevented and reported the occurrence of a crime. Then, in this case there are four other defendants, namely, Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Strong Ma'ruf and Bharada Richard totaling. Referring to the indictment, Ferdy Sambo ordered Bharada E to shoot Brigadier J in the living room of the Police Complex's official residence, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, July 8. In this case, they were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code. They face a maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
