The Man Who Is Accused Of Having An Affair With His Mother-in-law Asked Not To Make Her Proof In The Public Space

BANTEN RZ, NR's ex-husband who was accused of having an affair with his mother-in-law, reportedly came with his attorney to the Banten Police to complete the legal facts containing elements of offense complaints related to violations of the ITE Law allegedly committed by NR, his ex-wife.

The discussion was held with investigators from the Sub-Directorate IV of Cyber Ditreskrimsus of the Banten Police for 6 hours.

"Exploring supporting or inline legal facts with RZ complaints for alleged ITE crimes, the request for information lasts 6 hours and is completed at 19.00 WIB," explained Banten Police Public Relations Head Shinto Silitonga in his statement, Friday, January 6.

"The follow-up by the Banten Police," said the initial step in the investigation process.

"Of course, other steps will be taken according to the circular letter of the National Police Chief in 2021, in the complaint service for alleged ITE crimes, persuasive steps are indeed preceded by involving the parties," he explained.

But in the middle of the process, Shinto appealed to RZ and his attorneys not to make noise in the public sphere.

"Both RZ and his attorneys should not cause tensions in the diction in the public sphere," said Shinto.

RZ reported his ex-wife, NR to the Banten Police on charges of a criminal act against the ITE Law. RZ felt defamed after a viral content that said he was having an affair with his mother-in-law. However, RZ's report is deemed not to have met the requirements because the evidence is not strong.
