Bharada E Calls Ferdy Sambo's Lie About Isolation In Duren Tiga

JAKARTA - The defendant Bharada Richard totaling alias E said Ferdy Sambo ordered to argue that he was isolated when he was about to take Brigadier J's firearm (senpi).

It is suspected that the alibi was intended to answer questions from other aides regarding the reasons behind going to the official residence at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

The testimony began when Bharada E recounted the moment Ferdy Sambo asked him to take Brigadier J's rifle which was stored in the car.

He made the order when he planned the murder of Brigadier J on the floor of Saguling's house, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

"Then I was asked which Yosua's senpi is. I said I was ready because I was as busy as Ricky was on the dashboard of the Lexus' Your Majesty car. I said I was ready in the Lexus' car, sir. Later, you will get down and take the gun and bring it back here. Ready, sir," said Bharada E during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, January 5.

It was when he was about to take a gun that Ferdy Sambo asked him to have analibi about the reasons for going to the official residence.

"So at that time Your Majesty was talking to me and your father when you were still telling me about the scenario, Mrs. PC and you had a chance to chat with Your Majesty," said Bharada E.

"And what you heard yesterday was gloves and?" asked Judge Wahyu.

"CCTV. Then it's finished, I want to stand, Mr. Sambo, I'm silent and I'm crying. I gave permission to go down to take a gun. When I stood up, Mr. Sambo said, "chad, if someone asks, just say you want to isolate me," said Bharada E.

Bharada E is one of five defendants in the murder case of Brigadier J. He was charged with participating in the murder.

Based on the indictment file, Bharada E shot Brigadier J using a Clock-17 firearm. The action was called on Ferdy Sambo's orders.

The shooting was carried out in the living room of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8, 2022.

Thus, in this case Bharada E was charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code. They face a maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
