The Sub-district Head In Bandung The Perpetrator Of The Harassment Was Removed, Transferred To The Regional Secretary's Staff Of The City Government

JABAR - The Bandung City Government (Pemkot) has imposed a sanction of removing the position of one of the sub-district heads in Bandung City who is suspected of committing immoral acts in the form of harassment.

Bandung Mayor Yana Mulyana confirmed the alleged harassment based on reports. According to him, after being removed from the sub-district head, he was transferred as a staff at the Regional Secretariat (Sekda) of Bandung City.

"We see now that sanctions are given whether he changes to correct his mistakes or not, it could be that later we will reduce or increase the sanctions," said Yana, in Bandung, West Java (West Java), Monday, December 26.

Yana did not explain in detail the identity and actions of the sub-district head in Bandung, allegedly the perpetrator of this harassment. He said he upholds the principle of presumption of innocence. "Because these sub-district heads have become the face of Bandung City in their respective regions," he said.

Head of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Adi Junjunan said his party had determined the Daily Executor (Plh) of the Camat to replace the suspected sub-district head for the alleged immoral. "So he asked the public not to worry about the service. The ASN must carry out the exemplary function. The mayor also hopes that this kind of incident will not happen again," he said.
