TANGERANG - Police arrested four teenage boys suspected of being the perpetrators of a brawl that resulted in the death of a teenager with the initials EA (22). It is known that the 4 people had the initials AAS alias Pacet (17), MI (17), R alias Keling (18) and AD alias Denil (16).

Tangerang Metro Police Chief Kombes Pol Zain Dwi Nugroho said the incident occurred on Hasyim Ashari Street, Pondok Pucung, Karang Tengah, Tangerang City, Thursday, at 02.30 WIB.

The incident began when the victim received an invitation from his friend to take part in a brawl that had been agreed upon with his opponent via Instagram. Then the victim together with his friends around 12 people immediately went riding on a motorbike to the crime scene (TKP).

Furthermore, Zain, when he arrived at the crime scene, the victim and his entourage were immediately escorted by about 15 other groups. When the victim got off the motorbike, he was immediately stabbed by a knife by the perpetrators.

"The victim suffered open wounds due to violent knife on the right shoulder and back," Zain said in his statement, Monday, December 26.

As a result of the incident, the victim was taken by his friends to the Bhakti Asih Karang Tengah Hospital, Tangerang City. Unfortunately, his life could not be saved or died.

"EA died after being rushed to the hospital," he said.

The police who received the pursuit immediately arrived at Mount Sindur, Bogor. As a result, four perpetrators were arrested by police officers.

"Finally, we arrested them on Saturday, December 24. Initially, we detected the perpetrators of the persecution hiding in the Mount Sindur area, Bogor," he said.

Then the 4 perpetrators were taken to the Ciledug Police, for further action.

"The perpetrators are threatened with criminal beatings and/or persecution (brawl) which resulted in the victim's death, of course, involving the PPA, P2TP2A and Komnas Anak units," concluded the Police Chief.
