JAKARTA - A number of congregants said they were happy to be able to carry out the Christmas Mass at the Cathedral Church, Central Jakarta, directly. Unlike the previous year where the government still limited people's mobility even on holidays.

Happiness can take part in this year's Christmas Mass, felt by Haris, a resident of Utan Kayu, East Jakarta. He was happy because he could attend Christmas Mass Eve. However, he admitted that he was a little disappointed because he could not enter the church building. Because of the limited place.

"I'm happy, I just can't go inside. The checks are inside. It's just that it's okay to get to church," said Haris when met at the Cathedral Church, Central Jakarta, Saturday, December 24.

Haris said that before entering the Cathedral Church area, he had queued for 15 minutes. In fact, he had to follow the Christmas Mass schedule at 19.00 WIB.

"At 6 pm I'm here. Follow the 7 o'clock," he said.

Not only Haris, another congregation named Aji (23) felt the same way. He could not enter the Cathedral Church.

Nevertheless, he admitted that he was still happy to be able to attend the Christmas Mass at the historic church.

"It's amazing, it's really crowded, this is the first time I've been here, after being online, this is the first time I've been here," he concluded.
