The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tanah Abang Metro Police, AKP Fiernando Adriansyah, explained that the stabbing carried out by animous busker against a motorist on Jalan Jatanibaru, West Flood Canal Inspection (BKB), Kali Bongkaran, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta began with a drinking party (alcohol) between the perpetrator and the victim.

Fiernando said while talking to VOI, it was discovered that the perpetrator, namely AD, was a homosexual busker, was offended because victim M often mocked him.

Then, continued Fiernando, the peak of the frustration occurred when both M and AD were having an alcohol party. AD was upset because the victim often mocked the perpetrator.

"The motive is that he (the perpetrator) is often told by the victim, they are drunk with alcoholic drinks. They know each other, drink together. After the alcohol party, the two got into an argument until the victim was stabbed by the perpetrator," said Fiernando, Tuesday, December 20.

From the confession of the suspect AD, the sharp weapon (sajam) used by the perpetrator belonged to the victim he managed to seize.

"The victim's stab. When the victim was drunk there was an offense, the victim's knife was grabbed by the perpetrator. Finally, the perpetrator stabbed the knife into the victim," he said.

The suspect AD was arrested at his mother's house in Blora, Central Java, last Monday, December 19. Currently, the suspect is still undergoing investigation at the Tanah Abang Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

He was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code.
