The West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati NTB) said the alleged corruption case of the North Lombok Hospital Emergency Installation Room (IGD) construction project that dragged the Deputy Regent of North Lombok DKF as one of the suspects was likely to be stopped. "Based on the facts, the plan is to be dismissed or issued an SP3 (Investigation Termination Order)," said Assistant for Special Crimes at the NTB High Prosecutor's Office, Ely Rahmawati, in Mataram, Antara, Tuesday, December 20. The plan, he explained, is still waiting for the results of the case title at the Attorney General's Office which is based on the results of the re-calculation of state losses from the NTB Inspectorate. "So, the initial audit has been withdrawn by the inspectorate, and a re-audit has been carried out. The results are our secret, later we will convey it. Whatever happens, we will definitely announce it," he said. Previously, the Head of the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Sungarpin, had said that his party had conducted a case title with the Attorney General's Office. The basis of the NTB Prosecutor's Office for holding the case was related to the results of a re-audit of the NTB Inspectorate which annulled the results of the first audit with state losses of at least Rp. 240 million. The project with the name of the additional work for the ER room at the North Lombok Hospital was carried out by PT Batara Guru Group. The project was carried out with a value of IDR 5.1 billion sourced from the North Lombok APBD. Allegations of corruption emerged after the government terminated the project contract in the middle of the progress of work. This is corroborated by the state losses as a result of the initial calculations from the North Lombok Inspectorate. The mode of corruption in this case is related to project work which is still declared complete even though there are still allegations of a lack of work volume. The state loss figure emerged from the allegation. For this project, the NTB Prosecutor's Office named the Deputy Regent of North Lombok with the initials DKF as a suspect. DKF was caught in the corruption case while carrying out the position of expert staff from project supervisory consultant CV Indo Mulya Consultant. DKF became a suspect along with the head of CV Indo Mulya Consultant with the initials LFH, the Director of the North Lombok Hospital with the initials SH, the project commitment maker (PPK) with the initials HZ, and the attorney of the Director of PT Batara Guru Group with the initials MF.
