The Agenda For The Ferdy Sambo Trial Today Is The Examination Of Expert Witnesses, From Forensic To Inafis Presented

JAKARTA - The public prosecutor (JPU) will present five experts in the follow-up trial of the alleged murder of Brigadier J for all defendants. The experts ranged from forensics to Inafis.

"There are five experts from the prosecutor's information," said Bharada E's legal adviser, Ronny Talapessy when confirmed, December 19.

The experts who will be presented include forensic experts Farah P. Karow and Ade Firmansyah (forensic experts). Then, digital forensic expert Adi Setya.

Then, Inafis expert Eko Wahyu Bintoro and chromologist Prof. Dr. Muhamad Mustofa.

At last week's trial, the prosecutor presented six experts. They include DNA experts to Polygraph.

However, of the six experts on the day, four of them provided information in private.

In the case of Brigadier J's premeditated murder, there were five defendants. They are Ferdy Sambo Putri Candrawathi, Strong Ma'ruf, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Bharada Richard Karjan.

They were jointly involved in the murder of Brigadier J at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga.

Ferdy Sambo is referred to as planning the murder. Meanwhile, Putri and three other defendants supported and helped the former Propam Kadiv.

Thus, they were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
