BOGOR - The West Java Provincial Government integrates all public services digitally in an Android-based application called Super Apps Sapa Warga.
"Today is a historic event, West Java has West Java Super Apps, where all public service applications throughout West Java will gather in one application," said West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil or Kang Emil Emil when launching Super Apps at Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong, Bogor Regency, Antara, Sunday, December 18.
This digital service, which is the result of the improvement of the Sapawarga Application, is the fruit of the collaboration of the Communication and Information Office, the Regional Revenue Management Agency, the Manpower and Transmigration Office, and the West Java Health Office.
"All matters are in one application. Including digital ID cards services and all population processes, as well as Sapa residents will all gather at this West Java Super Apps," explained Emil.
He mentioned that one of the reasons for making Super Apps was because of criticism from the Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati regarding the number of applications owned by the government, so that it could confuse the public in accessing services.
"Hopefully with the West Java Super App, all affairs are served in one application. West Java focuses on building its territory to be the best, the rest is digitally resolved because we are digital people," he said.
Super Apps Sapawarga is a public service application owned by the West Java Provincial Government that is integrated with each other to make it easier for residents to access various public services digitally more quickly.
This application presents various services ranging from transactional, informative, to interactive in one application.
Currently, the services available in the Super Apps Sapawarga application are the Motor Vehicle Tax Payment (Sambara) service which makes it easier for residents to make tax payment transactions online, Job Lowage Information (The Champion) and COVID-19 Information Service (Pikobar).
