Prabowo And The French Defense Minister Met At The Paris Hotel Bahas Defense Strategy Relations

JAKARTA - Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto paid a working visit to France to meet with French Armed Forces Minister Srebastien Lecornu at H layel de Brienne, France.

Prabowo's visit to the country was a return visit after Lecornu visited the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, Jakarta, last November 25. During a meeting in Paris, the two ministers discussed strengthening strategic relations that had been established, particularly in the defense sector, including those related to education and the defense industry. "We discussed the goals of the two countries in the field of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific. Hopefully, the friendship between Indonesia and France will strengthen," Prabowo said in a press release in Jakarta, Friday, December 16, reported by Antara. Sebastien on his Twitter account @Seblecornu said that now it was his turn to welcome Prabowo in Paris. "Three weeks after our last meeting in Jakarta, I am happy to accept my turn as minister @prabowo during his visit to France. We have consolidated common vision and ambition in the field of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific," he said.
