Jambi Police have arrested a number of motorcycle gang members who were involved in a brawl between fellow motorcycle gangs. Jambi Police Chief Kombes Eko Wahyudi said his party had secured approximately 38 people. "Last night we secured it. The rest are still in the process of being chased too, pray for it to be completed quickly," he explained in Jambi as reported by Antara, Monday, December 12. Meanwhile, due to a brawl between fellow motorcycle gangs, a teenager RS (17), a resident of Suka Karya Village, Kota Baru District, Jambi City, died after being attacked using a long machete. Regarding the identity of the victim, who is reportedly the head of a motorcycle gang, Wahyudi denied it. "There is nothing like that, they just feel great and dare," he said. The head of the South Jambi Police, AKP Suhendry, added that the victim who died was a member of a motorcycle gang. "Yes, the victim is a member of a motorcycle gang, he died," he said. It is known that the victim initially attacked another motorcycle gang group, which was later replied to. "That's when the victim and his friends wanted to run away, then the victim fell and was immediately beaten to death by the opposing group," he said. As a result, the victim was seriously injured in his body and in the form of machete cuts all over his body from the head, hands, stomach to legs. "The victim was taken to the hospital before finally being declared dead," he said.
