Jambi Police have arrested a number of motorcycle gang members who were involved in a brawl between fellow motorcycle gangs.
Jambi Police Chief Kombes Eko Wahyudi said his party had secured approximately 38 people.

The head of the South Jambi Police, AKP Suhendry, added that the victim who died was a member of a motorcycle gang. "Yes, the victim is a member of a motorcycle gang, he died," he said.

"That's when the victim and his friends wanted to run away, then the victim fell and was immediately beaten to death by the opposing group," he said.
As a result, the victim was seriously injured in his body and in the form of machete cuts all over his body from the head, hands, stomach to legs.
"The victim was taken to the hospital before finally being declared dead," he said.
