Loksem JP 44 Trader Menteng District Complained About The Rise Of Kiosk Reventing And Sales

JAKARTA - The chaotic existence of a Temporary Location (Loksem) for traders assisted by the Trade Industry Sub-dept. of the Central Jakarta Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative (PPKUMKM) in JP 44 Menteng area has resurfaced.

A total of 7 kiosks on JP 44 located on Jalan Petataran, Pegangsaan were found in the practice of renting and selling kiosks.

"Yes, it is true that there are 7 kiosks that were rented until they were traded. All of them were found during the plan to revitalize Losem JP 44 by the Central Jakarta Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Trade Industry Sub-dept. (PPKUMKM)," said the chairman of the management of JP 44, Yaya Sribunga to reporters, Monday, December 12.

Yaya said that not all traders who sell here are natives of Pegangsaan Village. Quite a lot of traders come from outside Pegangsaan Village.

"There are also those from Menteng Village and outside Menteng District. The total number of traders here is approximately 90 kiosks," he said.

Responding to the complaint, Kasatpel of the PPKUMKM Sub-dept. Menteng Sub-district, Win Gunawan, said that in the near future his party will summon traders who rent and trade Loksem JP 44.

"If proven, it is certain that traders will be subject to sanctions. The strictest sanctions that will be received can lead to criminal penalties," he said.
