JAKARTA - Witness Putri Candrawathi admitted that she had been raped by Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J at Magelang's house, Central Java. In fact, her husband's former aide is said to have slammed her body three times. This confession was conveyed by Putri Candrawathi when questioned by the presiding judge Wahyu Iman Santosa regarding the funeral process for Brigadier J who was buried on an official basis. Responding to this statement, Putri immediately said that she did not know about the ordering procedure. He only confirmed that Brigadier J had raped him. "I apologize, Your Honor, please allow what happened, indeed Yosua committed sexual violence, threats, and persecution of slamming me 3 times down that's what really happened," said Putri. Putri Candrawathi was presented as a witness for the defendants Bharada Richard Elieze, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf. Meanwhile, the three of them in this case were charged with helping and supporting Ferdy Sambo's plans. Thus, they are strongly suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
