BMKG Weather Friday Afternoon, Rain Is Estimated To Be Guyur Bandung, Yogyakarta, Banjarmasin Until Jambi

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts moderate to heavy rain will fall in Bandung, Yogyakarta, Banjarmasin, Jambi and a number of major cities in Indonesia on Friday, December 9 afternoon.

According to BMKG information via Antara, it is explained that even further during the day light rain is predicted to fall in the cities of Banda Aceh, Serang, Bengkulu, Yogyakarta, Banjarmasin, Mataram, Manokwari, Makassar, Manado, and Medan.

Then moderate-intensity rain during the day is predicted to fall in Pontianak and Tanjung Pinang cities.

Meanwhile, heavy rains during the day are predicted to flush the city of Bandung and heavy rain accompanied by lightning is predicted to occur in Jambi City, and Pangkal Pinang.

Residents of Bandung, Jambi and Pangkal Pinang should prepare an umbrella and be aware of the possibility of floods or other natural disasters that often occur when heavy rains fall.

Meanwhile, DKI Jakarta, Gorontalo, Semarang, Palangka Raya, Samarinda, Bandar Lampung, Jayapura, Pekanbaru, and Padang are predicted to be cloudy during the day.

Then the cities of Denpasar, Tarakan, Ambon, Ternate, Kupang, Mamuju, and Kendari are predicted to be cloudy during the day while the city of Surabaya is predicted to be sunny.

In the evening, light rain is predicted to fall in the cities of Banda Aceh, Yogyakarta, Jambi, Bandung, Surabaya, Palangka Raya, Tanjung Pinang, and Jayapura.

Rain with moderate intensity at night is likely to occur in the cities of Bengkulu, Mamuju, Padang, and Medan while heavy rain accompanied by lightning at night is predicted to flush the cities of Palembang.

Meanwhile, Serang, DKI Jakarta, Semarang, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Tarakan, Bandar Lampung, Mataram, Kupang, Manokwari, Pekanbaru, Makassar, and Manado, are predicted to be cloudy at night.

Meanwhile, Denpasar City, Gorontalo, Samarinda, Pangkal Pinang, Ambon, Ternate, Kendari, are forecasted to be cloudy at night.
