The Capital City Of Kebut Digital Innovation So That There Will Be No More Extortion

JAKARTA - The DKI Provincial Government is accelerating the innovation of licensing digital services to reduce the potential for illegal levies (extortion) in the capital city.

"Eradication of all forms of illegal levies in public services and the acceleration of world-class bureaucratic reform continues to be pursued," said Head of the Investment Service, One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) Benni Aguscandra in Jakarta, Thursday, December 8.

According to him, one by one the services are adjusted to the technological developments that are currently being chosen by many people.

Currently, his party has a Motorized Permit Inter-Scale digital service (AJIB) which is quite attractive to the public.

Licensing or non-permission applicants can take advantage of AJIB services through the service page.jakarta.go,id by selecting the "ajib message" menu or through the telephone service asking PTSP 1500164.

AJIB officers will provide assistance in obtaining permits or non-permission for free, starting from the application stage until the permit is issued directly at the business location.

"AJIB officers will come to their homes or offices to assist in the licensing process or non-permission in the DKI Jakarta area, starting from applications, applying for permits or non-permission online until the permit is issued," he added.

Currently, DPMPTSP DKI Jakarta Province has several service innovations, including the Virtual Public Service Mall (MPP) by prioritizing digital services that can be accessed through the service page.jakarta.go.id.

MPP Virtual, he said, prioritizes digital services comprehensively starting from the new experience of licensing or non-permissioning to conducting technical consultations with DKI DPMPTSP officers.

The Jakarta Investment Center (JIC) Management Unit is also presented to attract domestic and foreign investment which is a forum for potential investors in seeking information about potential projects in Jakarta.

Benni said that digital service innovation attracted the attention of friendly countries, including South Korean Minister of Home Affairs and Security Lee Sang-min during a visit to the DKI Jakarta Public Service Mall some time ago.

Likewise with the Director General of Administration, Cambodia's Ministry of Home Affairs Prak Sam Oeun, who is interested in replicating AJIB Service Innovation and other service innovations.
