JAKARTA - After receiving the report, the Tambora Police Criminal Investigation Unit pursued the perpetrators of sexual abuse of minors that occurred at the RedDoorz hotel in Pekojan area, Tambora, West Jakarta.

Members of the Tambora Police Criminal Investigation Unit led by the Tambora Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Iptu Rachmad Wibowo, are moving to investigate to find the perpetrators.

"After an investigation for 3 days, we managed to secure the perpetrator with the initials FH (32) at his residence in Pedurenan Village, Karang Tengah District, Tangerang City," said Tambora Police Chief Kompol Putra Pratama when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, December 8.

The perpetrator FH is a resident from Pedurenan Village, Karang Tengah District, Tangerang City. The perpetrator already has a wife and has one 1 year old son.

From the results of an investigation conducted by the Tambora Police, Kompol Putra suspected that the incident was not a criminal act of sexual intercourse against children but a criminal act of sexual abuse against children committed by suspect FH.

"Because sexual intercourse does not fulfill the elements of the article. There is no criminal element of child sexual intercourse but sexual abuse of minors," said Kompol Putra.

In order to account for his actions, suspect FH was charged with Article 82 Paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 76E with a minimum sentence of three years and a maximum of up to 15 years in prison.

"The perpetrator has committed obscene acts to the victim twice. The victim is 11 years old," he said.

Previously, it was reported that a man with the initials FH (32) was determined to molest a underage girl twice at the RedDoorz hotel, Pekojan Village, Tambora District, West Jakarta.

The victim's parents reported the incident to the Tambora Police. The perpetrator's act of obscenity was carried out since Saturday, October 22 and Monday, November 21.

"The perpetrator's mode of persuading the victim to come to the hotel via chat of the WhatsApp application. As soon as he arrived at the hotel, the victim was immediately taken to the room that had previously been ordered by the perpetrator," said Tambora Police Chief Kompol Putra Pratama when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, October 8.
