West Java Police Chief Inspector General Suntana said the projectile used by the suicide bombers at the Astanaanyar Police, Bandung was strongly suspected of being in the form of wall nails to umbrella nails. 11 people became victims in this incident. "The projectiles from the bomb explosion are thought to be in the form of wall nails to umbrella nails," explained Suntana at the Astanaanyar Police Headquarters, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, December 7. The police, continued Suntana, are still identifying the explosives used by the suicide bombers. Suntana added that the perpetrators were suspected of carrying two bombs. One bomb that exploded was allegedly attached by the perpetrator to his body, while the rest had been positioned by the Gegana Team of the West Java Police. "Earlier there was one that was detonated by the perpetrator, and we detonated one," said Suntana. The disposal process occurred at around 10:45 WIB. The disposal process caused a loud bang to be heard around the location. Of the 11 victims, one police officer died from a bomb, while 10 others were injured. Suntana said the police would conduct a crime scene (TKP) after the sterilization of the location was completed. For this reason, he also asked the public to wait for the police to reveal the incident and the identity of the suicide bomber.
