Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo received an award for increasing the bureaucratic reform index from level BB to level A from the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform after providing various facilities in public services.

The award was handed over directly by PAN-RB Minister Abdullah Azwar Anas.

After receiving the award, Ganjar emphasized that all levels of the Central Java Provincial Government continue to strive to provide easy services to the community and the awards received are steps to continue making breakthroughs for bureaucratic reform.

"All Central Java Provincial Government agencies, especially the OPD-OPD, these agencies, all agencies so that when dealing with the people directly, make their services easier," he said.

Since serving as Governor of Central Java in 2013, Ganjar has made a number of breakthroughs related to public services, especially in responding to reports from the public.

One of them is through many channels such as the Lapor Gub application, social media, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, face-to-face and other channels.

Through this breakthrough, Ganjar said that his party continues to make it easier for the bureaucracy so that people can get the easiest service.

That way, he continued, the problem of the community, increasing investment, and reducing poverty can be maximized.

"There is one more target to be able to double A, so AA, only Yogyakarta can achieve this value. We have to learn from other places so we can do it, but basically the bureaucracy must be reformed and the services must be better," he said.

According to Ganjar, the target has been running in Central Java by building dozens of Public Service Malls (MPP) and is targeted to have 35 districts/cities throughout Central Java with MPP.

"So I ask all of Central Java, which does not yet have a Public Service Mall, to immediately build it, it is not difficult and only needs to do that," he said.

MPP in Central Java is recorded to be in Boyolali Regency, Sukoharjo Regency, Sragen Regency, Surakarta City, Karanganyar, Salatiga City, Magelang City, Semarang City, Kendal Regency, Kudus Regency, Jepara Regency.

Then, Pati Regency, Blora Regency, Kebumen Regency, Purworejo Regency, Banyumas Regency, Grobogan Regency, Klaten Regency, Brebes Regency, Rembang Regency, Cilacap Regency, and MPP in Central Java Provincial Government.
