Uncle Victims Express The Condition Of The Toddler's Body Which Isniaya In The Kalibata City Apartments There Are Acute Wounds

JAKARTA The abuse of toddlers to death at the Kalibata City Apartment has been arrested and made a suspect. The perpetrator with the initial Y was charged with multiple articles, namely Article 76c then Article 80 of the Child Protection Law Number 35 of 2014 with a threat of 15 years in prison.

What Y did to his lover's son was fairly sadistic. The victim's uncle testified for the wounds on the 2.8-year-old victim's body.

Richard, the victim's uncle, explained that at that time G (the victim) was invited by his mother named Stefani (23) to his girlfriend's place at the Kalibata City Apartment, Pancoran, South Jakarta.

Richard said, the victim's mother is a widow with one child. The two, Stefani and the child, live with their grandfather in Pancoran Mas, Depok.

"(The victim) was invited and entrusted to his mother's boyfriend. Meanwhile, he (Stefani) works," said Richard, Monday, December 5.

While the victim was with perpetrator Y, he was invited to play in Taman Kalibata, South Jakarta, then taken back to his apartment. But while in the room, the victim defecated (BAB) on the perpetrator's mattress.

It made the perpetrators angry and washed the mattress. But the victim at that time kept crying. That's what made the perpetrator even more angry. Richard said, the perpetrator was annoyed and slammed the victim.

"There he said my nephew wasup (BAB) and scattered because he didn't wear pampers. Well, his guy was annoyed with my nephew. G's body was slammed to the floor," he said.

Richard also revealed that apart from being slammed, his nephew also suffered bruises and cuts. He said this was based on the results of the autopsy.

"From the report that I heard from the autopsy results, there was an element of murder. There were several wounds on G's body, such as bruises and cuts," he said.

For this incident, the victim's mother immediately reported to the Pancoran Police, for further action.

The victim has been buried at the Tapos TPU, Depok, Monday, December 5.

"At the funeral home on Jalan Jambu 7, Depok Jaya Village, Pancoran Mas District, Depok City, on Sunday 4 December, evening and at the Tapos TPU," he concluded.
