Secretary General of the Indonesian House of Representatives Indra Iskandar ensured that the ratification of the Draft Criminal Code (RKUHP) would be scheduled at the plenary meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, December 6. The schedule for ratification of the RKUHP, said Indra, was in accordance with the results of the decision to meet the deliberative body (Bamus) of the DPR RI. "According to the decision of the Bamus meeting, it is planned tomorrow," Indra told reporters, Monday, December 5. However, Indra said, his party was still communicating the timing of the ratification of the RKUHP to the leadership of the DPR. "The hours are being consulted with the leadership," said Indra. Previously, Deputy Chairman of Commission III of the DPR RI, Ahmad Sahroni, said that the final draft of the Draft Criminal Code (RKUHP) had been uploaded on the regulatory.go.id website on December 1. "Yesterday it was posted on the website, the 1st," said Sahroni, Saturday, December 3. Sahroni ensured that the final draft of the RKUHP would be brought to the DPR Plenary Session to be ratified into law on Tuesday, December 6, next. The ratification of the RKUHP coincided with the appointment of Admiral Yudo Margono as TNI Commander. "It has been decided that it will be taken to the plenary session.
