Brigadier RR's Testimony, No Sambo's Ferdy Moment Of Shooting Brigadier J

JAKARTA - The defendant Bripka Ricky Rizal alias RR revealed a series of shooting incidents against Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J. However, in his sexes there was no moment Ferdy Sambo shot along. The testimony began when Bripka RR revealed the moments of the shooting incident. It was stated that Ferdy Sambo and Bharada Richard totaling were already in the living room when Ma'ruf was asked to summon him and Brigadier J. When Bripka RR and Brigadier J arrived in the living room, the shooting incident began. Ferdy Sambo shouted at Brigadier J and asked him to squat. The reason was that he went from the location to the kitchen because someone called him. In fact, when he returned to pointing his gaze at the scene, only Ferdy Sambo was seen shooting at the wall. "I went to the kitchen to see no one. Then I looked in the middle again, Mr. FS was shooting at the wall," said Bripka RR. However, the testimony was different from that of Bharada E. Because, said Ferdy Sambo had shot Brigadier J several times. "After the deceased fell, FS came forward, I saw him holding a gun and he shot at the deceased," said Bharada E. "How much did you shoot?" asked the judge. "I don't remember," replied Bharada E. Bripka RR was originally presented as a witness for the defendants Strong Ma'ruf and Bharada E in the trial of the alleged murder case of Brigadier J. For information, Bharada E, Bripka RR, and Strong Ma'ruf are defendants in the alleged murder case of Brigadier J. They were charged with helping and supporting Ferdy Sambo's plan. Thus, they are strongly suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
