'You Follow', Putri Candrawathi's Doubles To Bripka RR Before Becoming An Aide

JAKARTA - The defendant Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR said that Putri Candrawathi's joke was one of the starting points that could be Ferdy Sambo's aide, who at that time was still a member of the National Police.

The confession began when the judge questioned where he first became one of Ferdy Sambo's aides. Bripka RR also mentioned the starting point when taking care of the vehicle letter belonging to the former Propam Kadiv.

"It was around February, Your Honor, because there was a vehicle that used to be purchased from Brebes on my behalf, Your Honor, so the annual tax that took care of me," said Bripka RR at the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, December 5.

Then, Bripka RR also mentioned that four years ago there had been an invitation to become Ferdy Sambo's adjutant. But, at that time he refused for something.

"I was asked to join when he became Kospri, the National Police Chief, but at that time I didn't want to because I considered the family," he said.

Until finally, Bripka RR said there was communication with Putri Candrawathi in February whose year was not properly remembered.

In that communication, Putri seemed to invite her again to join as an aide to her husband.

"There was a joke from the mother (Putri Candrawathi, ed) saying 'how can you be so arrogant, how come you didn't want to come with your father', I said'ready I want a mother first', 'oh, do you want it, right? Well, what I conveyed to your family, let me come with you'," said Bripka RR imitating communication with Putri Candrawati.

In addition, another reason for deciding to join Ferdy Sambo was because it was considered that this step could make his career better.

"Then I agreed because I also have a desire for higher school," said Bripka RR.

Bripka RR was originally presented as a witness for the defendants Strong Ma'ruf and Bharada E in the trial of the alleged murder case of Brigadier J.

For information, Bharada E, Bripka RR, and Strong Ma'ruf are defendants in the alleged murder case of Brigadier J. They were charged with helping and supporting Ferdy Sambo's plan.

Thus, they are strongly suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
