JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) reported early warnings regarding the potential for heavy rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in North Kalimantan, Bali, Riau and most parts of Indonesia today, Thursday, December 1.
