Zulhas: The Results Of World Cup Matches Such As The Spirit Of KIB, Small Considered To Be Winners

JAKARTA - Chairman of the National Mandate Party Zulkifli Hasan assessed that the spirit of the United Indonesia Coalition was the same as the results of matches obtained by a number of countries at the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

"Now is the World Cup season. The results of the match at this World Cup are in accordance with the spirit of KIB," said Zulhas when giving a speech at dinner with the general chairmen of KIB in Jakarta, Wednesday, November 30.

Zulhas likens PAN to a Japanese country that was underestimated. Meanwhile, PPP, he likened it to a Saudi Arabian country.

"From the World Cup we can see, never take small teams lightly. Japan, which is blue like PAN, can win against Germany. Saudi Arabia, which is green like PPP, can win against Argentina. Yes, if Brazil wins, it's natural. The yellow color is already big first," he said.

Zulhas also invited all elements in KIB to take lessons from the results of the match. He believes the collaboration between PAN, Golkar, and PPP will result in victory in the 2024 presidential election.

"So we learn, never feel small before competing. Those who are considered smaller can even surprise and become winners. Big strengths actually arise from small, united and consistent forces. Likewise, KIB," he said.

Furthermore, Zulhas invited all parties to maintain synergy between parties in the coalition. He wants KIB to continue to close ranks in the success of the 2024 General Election which is honest, fair, transparent, and ensures the upholding of people's sovereignty.

"Politics is basically a necessity. With politics we all as citizens have the opportunity to overcome the nation's problems, help the upholding of justice and people's welfare, also contribute in safeguarding the nation's future. Let's all unite our good intentions to present a strong nation and country and become role models for other countries," said Zulhas.

On the other hand, Zulhas also hopes that KIB will be like the ball used in the world cup called Al Rihla. Having the meaning of Travel, he said Al-Rohla has the advantage of being the fastest and most accurate ball compared to the official ball of the previous world cup.

"Likewise, we ladies and gentlemen, with the spirit of Indonesia, we hope that we can always keep this coalition journey close and accurate," he said.

More than that, Zulhas called on all parties to transmit the spirit of this world trophy into KIB. He appealed to KIB never to feel small ever.

"If we unite, of course we will all be strong. Great strengths always arise from small, united and consistent forces. With these strengths, the results will certainly not be unexpected. Therefore, we hope that in the midst of a closer span of time, let's make a coalition, for the sake of a close Indonesian nation," said Zulhas.
