Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code. The judge also determined that the defendant remained in custody. In addition, all evidence in this case was requested to be returned to the investigator. The money deposited from the defendant worth Rp. 16.7 million was asked by the judge to be returned to the investigator as material for the completeness of further investigation. The judge's consideration in passing the verdict, in accordance with the facts revealed in the trial, that the defendant used the money that emerged as a loss to this country to gamble. In addition, the defendant committed a criminal act of corruption in the government program to restore the situation of the community after the earthquake that occurred in 2018. The Depok Jati Kuning Pokmas for Sigerongan Village, West Lombok Regency, in 2018 received Rp1.79 billion in assistance for 70 heads of families affected by the disaster. The assistance is for repairs and construction of affected houses. Disbursement through three stages. The first stage was distributed Rp. 500 million, the second stage was distributed Rp. 750 million, and the third stage was distributed Rp. 90 million.
