JAKARTA - Today's plenary session of the DKI Jakarta DPRD was marked by an interruption from the Golkar faction of the DKI DPRD. This interruption is addressed to the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono. In his interruption, the chairman of the Golkar faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Basri Baco, asked Heru to go to every faction room in the DKI DPRD. There are 9 factions of the Jakarta DPRD, namely PDIP, Gerindra, PKS, Democrats, Golkar, PSI, NasDem, PAN, and PKB-PPP. "We miss it, I feel, for the governor to visit the rooms of our respective factions in the DPRD," said Baco at the DKI Jakarta DPRD building, Tuesday, November 29. This request was conveyed by Baco because Heru was a regional leader who was not elected from a handful of parties in the general election. Before being elected as Acting Governor of DKI, Heru's name was included in the proposal of all party factions in the DKI Jakarta DPRD to be handed over to President Joko Widodo. "I quote the words of the Chairman of the Council (Chairman of the DKI DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi) who I really respect, that today's governor is the governor of nine factions," he said. Baco hopes that Heru can visit all factions of the Jakarta parliament before mid-December. This is because these factions are said to want to talk directly with Heru. "We hope that before December 15, that longing can be done. So, we can follow the new year with no obstacles from one and another," said Baco. Responding to this, the chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD as the head of the plenary meeting asked Heru who was also present at the meeting to follow up. "Please pay attention to the governor to follow up," said Prasetyo before continuing the agenda of the plenary meeting.
