YOGYAKARTA Currently prospective students are waiting for the schedule to enter PTN 2023 which has been regulated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek).

It should be noted that the Ministry of Education and Culture of Research and Technology has made several changes in the 2023 National Selection for New Student Admissions (SNPMB). Registration will be opened through two channels, namely the National route and the Mandiri route.

The changes that exist on the national route are changes from the original National Selection to Enter PTN (SNMPTN) to being changed to National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP). Meanwhile, the original Joint Selection to Enter PTN (SBMPTN) turned into a National Selection Computer-Based Writing Examination Based on Tests (UTBK-SNBT).

Meanwhile, the self-selection is a selection path held by each university independently.

According to information on the Education Testing Management Center (BP3) website, the route that will start first is SNBP, then UTBK SNBT 2023. The following is the schedule for entering PTN 2023 which must be known by prospective students.

Prospective new students can fill out PDSS and register SNBP according to the predetermined schedule, which is as follows.

Prospective students are required to carry out registration procedures according to a predetermined schedule. All activities will end at 15.00 WIB.

As previously stated, the Mandiri selection is a selection held by each university, both public and private, so that the selection schedule for the 2023 PTN is different depending on the PTN policy. However, in general, the selection schedule for this route will be held after the SNPB and UTBK-SNBT has been completed. As is known, the Ministry of Education has disbanded the Higher Education Entrance Test Institute (LTMPT), which previously served as the executor of the PTN entry test. Now the implementation is carried out by the Education Testing Management Center (BP3).
