JAKARTA - Former Deputy Head of Paminal Bureau Propam Polri Arif Rahman Arifin admitted that he had been reprimanded by Ferdy Sambo just for seeing the CCTV camera installed in the garage of Duren Tiga's house, South Jakarta. This confession began when the judge questioned what Arif knew about the premeditated murder case of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J on July 9. He said he saw an activity to process the crime scene (TKP) by the South Jakarta Metro Police at the Ferdy Sambo stop house. "Just saw Pak Ferdy inside, then came, went inside with the investigators. I just saw it until the garage and then no more I just waited outside," said Arif during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, September 28. "Where are the investigators?" asked the judge. "South Police, all we know is AKP Samual," replied Arif. However, Arif did not know for sure what the investigators and Ferdy Sambo were doing. Thus, the judge began to question what he saw around Ferdy Sambo's official residence. "What else do you do?" asked the judge. "Because Pak Ferdy's entourage and several officials sat in front of my garage standing near his noble garage," said Arif. At that time, he admitted that he had seen CCTV installed in the garage. However, he was immediately cursed by Ferdy Sambo. "There I saw CCTV in the garage, CCTV cameras. He asked 'why are you looking at CCTV?' I said 'This is good and if there is a picture' then he said 'It's damaged'," said Arif. "Who said?" asked the judge. "Pak Ferdy said it was damaged," he replied. "Why are you looking up?", said the judge. "Pak Ferdy Sambo," said Arif. Arif Rahman Arifin was presented as a witness in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J for the defendants Strong Ma'ruf, Ricky Rizal, and Bharada Richard totaling. They were jointly charged with being involved in the murder of Brigadier J. They are considered to support Ferdy Sambo's plans. Thus, they were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
