The two members have joined all representatives of Gulkarmat officers in each area at the DKI Jakarta Provincial level. After joining, they were dispatched to assist in the process of evacuating victims and debris due to the earthquake.
"We dispatched yesterday from all regions together with a team from the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD)," he said.
He said his members would remain on duty there for an uncertain time. "It depends on the situation and conditions on the ground," he said.
Not only the Gulkarmat Sub-dept., West Jakarta Satpol PP (Jakbar) has also sent its best members to assist in the process of evacuating debris and earthquake victims in Cianjur Regency.
"We sent two rescue teams, one truck and an operational car," said West Jakarta Satpol PP Head Agus Irwanto when contacted in Jakarta, Thursday, November 24.
Agus said the two rescue teams consisted of 20 evacuation officers. They are a team that has been involved in carrying out the evacuation process of disaster victims such as floods, landslides and earthquakes.
