Today's Obstruction Of Justice Session The Defendant Arif Rachman, Investigators Until Members Of Timsus Become Witnesses

JAKARTA - The follow-up trial of the alleged case obstructing the investigation or obstruction of justice of the premeditated murder of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J with the defendant Arif Rachman Arifin was held again today, Friday, November 25.

At the trial later, there were 13 witnesses who were questioned, ranging from South Jakarta Metro Police investigators to the special team (timsus) of the National Police.

"The witness is a member of the National Police Special Team and a South Jakarta Metro Police investigator," said Arif Rachman Arifin's legal adviser, Junaidi Saabih when confirmed, Friday, November 25.

The witnesses presented by the public prosecutor (JPU) included members of the National Police Timsus who handled the murder case of Brigadier J named Aditya Cahya Sumunar.

Then, there is also the former Head of Sub-Directorate III of the Directorate of General Crimes (Dittipidum) of the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Ari Cahya Nugraha alias Acay.

Then, for witnesses who are members of the South Jakarta Metro Police, including former Head of Criminal Investigation Unit AKBP Ridwan Rhynellson Soplanit, Head of Subunit I Reskrimum AKP Rifarizal Samuel and Head of Subnit Unit I Reskrimum, Aipda Arsyad Daiva Gunawan.

There are also witnesses who are investigators at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Dimas Arki Jatipratama, Dwi Robiansyah and Ridwan Janari.

Not only members of the National Police, but the prosecutor also presented security at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, namely Abdul Zapar and Marjuki. As well as a CCTV technician named Tjong Djiuung Agung alias Afung.

The head of the Duren Tiga Police Complex RT named Seno Sukarto and a freelance daily worker (PHL) named Supriyadi alias Anto are also scheduled to be presented at the trial.

For information, Arif Rachman Arifin was charged with obstructing the process of investigating the murder case of Brigadier J. He is said to have played a role in breaking a laptop containing a copy of CCTV footage around Ferdy Sambo's house.

Degan's role was that he was suspected of violating Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
