JAKARTA A gang of motorcycle gangs carried out an attack on a residential area in the Ciracas area, East Jakarta. The attack was caught on CCTV cameras around the location.

Based on CCTV camera footage, it was seen that a number of youths who were gathered suddenly fled when they saw the arrival of a gang of perpetrators carrying sharp weapons into the Friendship alley, Jalan Raya PKP, Kelapa Dua Wetan, Ciracas, East Jakarta.

The perpetrators got off the motorbike and approached the residents while brandishing sharp weapons. Residents who did not pay attention made the perpetrators finally leave the location.

According to Munir, one of the local security officers, he was unable to overcome it because the perpetrators were carrying sharp weapons.

"Residents here saw and heard the sound of motorbikes being crowded. They came out to see that there were really many motorbikes (attack groups)," he told reporters, Thursday, November 24.

"The perpetrators of the attack used dozens of motorbikes and carried all sharp weapons. Bring samurai, swords and sickles," he said.

Luckily, the perpetrators did not carry out any damage at the security post. The perpetrators of the attack were suspected of deliberately traveling around residential areas to find enemies.

Residents were restless for fear of becoming victims of the wrong target.

"Hopefully residents don't go out often at night, security must also always be vigilant," he said.
