Seno Sukarto said the CCTV camera installed at the security post was replaced without permission by Ferdy Sambo's subordinates who at that time served as Head of the Propam Police Division. This statement was stated in the Minutes of Investigation (BAP) read by the Public Prosecutor (JPU). This is because Seno could not attend the trial of the obstruction of justice case with the defendants Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatra due to serious illness. The testimony began when Seno stated that he was aware of the shooting incident at Ferdy Sambo's official residence while reading the news on Monday, July 11. Because, on the day Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J died, he received not a single report. "On Monday after I learned that a shooting took place at the Duren Tiga Complex through news from the media," Seno said in his BAP. Then, Seno decided to contact Marzuki and Japar who were on guard on July 8 and 9. The goal is to ask about the actual incident. Of the two people, Seno learned that there was a replacement for CCTV DVR by an unknown person. "Brothers Marzuki and Japar explained at first glance that the CCTV DVR was replaced by an unknown person on July 9, 2002," said Seno In fact, two days later, Seno again asked Marzuki and Japar about the replacement of CCTV DVR. From them, it is known that the police replaced it. "To explain that on July 9, 2002, about three to five people came claiming to be members of the police to the complex security post but did not tell where they were on duty and did not give names, then they changed the existing CCTV DVR with a new one," said Seno. For information, Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatra were charged with obstructing the investigation into the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J. They took and replaced the CCTV DVR in the Police Complex, Duren Tiga. Thus, they were charged with violating Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 subsidiary Article 48 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law Number 19 of 2016 and/or Article 233 of the Criminal Code subsidiary Article 221 paragraph (1) to 2 in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code.
